How financial therapy and/or coaching help clients?
I combine clinical and certified social work background to help clients explore their relationship with money by examining psychological, social, emotional, behavioral, environmental factors that have made an influence in one's life to better make conscious financial decisions that align with their goals
I am willing to have uncomfortable conversations about money by creating a safe and nonjudgmental, confidential space.
I know the basics about money management and provide guided exercises that encourage clients to implement new behaviors and strategies that encourage a healthier relationship with money.
I empower clients to take control of their money and gain control of their lives.
