We live in a world full of labeling. I believe that before you can accept or reject a label from society, it's important to know yourself. My goal in my practice is to create a safe, welcoming environment that explores how lived experiences shape who we are. I work with individuals that desire to explore their identities, after being impacted by anxiety, trauma, major life changes and depression. The journey to discovering one's identity is always personal, and no two experiences are the same. I take the journey with my clients, helping them build a culturally relevant foundation formed by their unique strengths. Along the way, we work together to establish successful strategies related to healthy boundaries, empathy and self-regulation of one's emotions to live a more fulfilled and intentional life.
